7. As mentioned above, we moved here after a week in the French Qtr, thinking a week of the downtown maddness would be enough, and we would welcome both a little quiet, and an opportunity to explore the Garden District, Mid-City, and Audobon Park areas more thoroughly.

10. MSC is located just outside downtown and is right on the streetcar line so its quite convenient to the Uptown, the Garden District, the universities, French Quarter, etc. The bathroom was clean with a shower that drained well and had moderate force.
