8. I would recommend this to anyone who can afford $400 for the Mega Room, wants to be in the Quarter, but not on Bourbon, and prefers a hotel`s charm over standard amenities like a spa or 24 hour concierge.

10. - Services: No spa service, full concierge (although front desk was quite helpful), or rooom service past 9:00 pm- Thin walls: I couldn't hear the TV from next door, but I could hear the people yelling.
