We stayed at the Cotton Exchange New Orleans from 4/22-4/29/12 had few complaints the lobby was one of the few that didn't offer coffee, had to request towels first day which I attribute to them being able give us a room upon arrival at 10a, check in wasn't suppose to be until 3p!the bathroom was minuscule.
