1. When we first walked into the very nice lobby my husband dropped and smashed a bottle of Heineken he had in his bag all over the lobby floor and the desk attendants just laughed it off and cleaned it up promptly.

3. The night clerk was extremely friendly, we talked for awhile about what we might do the next day as far as sight seeing and he was very friendly and had many suggestions and the lobby was very nice with literally hundreds of pamphlets of sightseeing ideas.

6. The lobby area of the hotel was not a great place to hang out and smelled somewhat old and/or moldy, but the roooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and nice.
