1. We spent a day at Universal Studios and the concierge happily booked a shuttle for us ($18 per person return) and helped us with bus transport to a local mall too.

From the moment we checked in, the staff where so friendly and helpful and our room was nice and close to the restaurant which was very handy as we had two small children with us it was not too far to walk down to breakfast each morning and then to the free shuttle bus to travel to the individual parks.
