5. If you just want a nice place to relax and know YOU do not need service or customer service of any kind, this would be great for a family with kids.

8. The hotel offer FREE shuttle service to these too and also to Universal and the driver was so friendly.

9. the hotel also offers a shuttle service, which sounds nice but to go to Disney parks it is $5 per person each way and they only offer a shuttle once in the morning and once at night around 9.
