1. The restaurant has a somewhat limited menu but the food is very good - they're competing with a number of highly rated restaurants close by and it appears they know it.

2. It's walking distance to all the places you need to get to: Pioneer Sq with the Max rail, shops, banks and restaurants; the downtown mall; the food trucks; Brasserie Montmarte for excellent French food and the street cars on 10th.
