4. I assured my family that the Spring Hill Suites we would be staying at for the next two nights would be so much better (in Renton, WA), and it FAR exceeded our expectations for the same price & room type.

6. Speaking of the breakfast, the hotel provides a nice selection of breakfast items, from cereals, coffees, juices, fresh waffles, etc. All of the Fairfield/Springhill hotels that I have been at have done a great job with providing a good breakfast for the price you pay.
