1. There are shower amenities unused & new towels, but a shampoo bottle left half-used and I wonder about the drinking glasses.

3. The floor had stains, the shower was ridiculous, it took three ice machines before we found one that worked, my friends toilet didn't even flush (she had to lift the back and hook it back together).
