1. Also when I got to the room, there were no sheets for the sleeper sofa which I needed to help out a friend who had missed his flight.

2. I didn`t love it because the quality of the sheets and blankets seemed very cheap - so many hotels even of this type (eg Hampton or Holiday Inn Express) have upgraded their bed linen now.
