1. ) I called the manager and told her we didn't want to stay because we didn't feel safe and had a ton of belongings in our car and she said "I'm sorry we can't refund your money because you already checked in.

3. called the front desk again and they advised me that they would have someone else clean the room and that they would refund the cost of the room.

4. at 800PM still noone has cleaned the room,when i called the front desk the clerk told me that he had refunded the room,and that everyone was gone for the day.
