was so friendly and noticed that my husband was disabled and changed our room so that it would make his stay a little easier.

When we went to the

to get more towels, there was nobody there and we waited at least 15 minutes for the
front desk
clerk to return (and finish his personal cell phone conversation).

We got a room on the first floor near the
front desk
and lobby, and the office, so receiving the WiFi wasn't a problem The motel has a good downtown location, near other popular chains like Marriott and Embassy Suites.

the key wouldn't work half the time,the toilet wouldn't flush had to hold down the handle for like 30 seconds before it flushed,really run down stinky rooms,the TV wouldn't work called
