The good things: relatively secure and free parking, good key-only entry into every entrance, very relaxed environment - like being at home, free laundry (3 washers/3 dryers), two separate business centers with computer and all-in-one printer/copier, great breakfast buffet that begins at 0630 during week, very nice pool with hot tub is on roof of third floor - requires key to enter, and the service from the very polite staff was truly exceptional.
