3. The location on the river walk is great, it is a very clean, the rooms are very spacious, service is great and atmosphere good, great amenities, gym pool etc..

4. This is not to say the service at the front desk was not efficient, but just a suggestion how an arriving guest is greeted sets the stage for the guest feeling welcomed.
