4. I have to admit, I went to the front desk expecting to tell my problem to the young lady at the desk and then end up asking for a manager and then getting the typical 'Sir, theres nothing we can do to assist as this isnt a hotel issue' Well.

5. My husband was travelling to San Diego for work and my two girls and I were welcomed each morning by all the restaurant staff and Fernando the manager went the extra mile to find coupons for the zoo/Sea World for us.

6. We ended up checking in at the Omni as Hilton paid for our first night stay and we chose to stay the rest of our two nights here as the service from valet, to front desk, manager, housekeeping and the hotel restaurant manager Fernando were all top notch.
