1. they charge for internet, which is kind of cheap in this day and age (considering that most $69 a night airport hotels have it for free)3.

However, there were areas that could stand improvement:- on one day, we had to call and request our room be cleaned at 5:00 p.m.- the cable TV options were very limited; and, the TV seemed antiquated- the internet access charge seemed out of line as free internet service was abundant in the area and could actually be used from the room.
