1. I will start with the good things: large, thick towels, comfy beds and pillows, microwave and fridge (but no freezer) and nice bathroom.

3. The linens and towels are very nice quality, however the pillows are synthetic and very spongy - if you are used to down pillows, you may wake up with a neck-ache like I did every morning.

5. ) We found hair in a 'clean' towel (The cleaning issue runs across all hotels these days - maids assigned 18 -20 rooms or the 'saving the environment' excuse to not change sheets, and wash covers on daily basis.
