1. One time I did get the front desk manager who was nice and helpful, but I was running late and in no mood to go over everything that had happened since the start of my stay.

3. Lisa Knoer, the catering manager, was attentive to every detail and helpful in recommending vendors for music, photography, etc. The menu was wide and the food was excellent.

4. We asked for compensation for our inconvenience but came across Scott, a very rude and unfriendly concierge who pretended he couldn't do anything for us until his managers were back on Monday.
