It was very close to the airport (quick shuttle or $10 cab ride) and in a very quiet residential
neighborhood

We didn't find this
neighborhood
to be creepy, and felt comfortable walking around at night because so many people were out walking or eating at sidewalk cafes.

If you're a walker like me, I wouldn't recommend walking back to the hotel at night because there were a lot of creeps around the
neighborhood
when I walked back to the hotel from dinner.

We did not get the opportunity to check out the
neighborhood
nor exercise room as we were moving to an Old Town area hotel that morning, but there does not seem to be much in the vicinity in regards to tourist activities.
