4. big mistake!we go to check in at the front desk and the clerk was surfing the internet, it took a moment to get his attention away from the computer.

5. The hotel is clean and tidy outside and the lobby is clean, the staff were always helpfull and allowed us to check-in extra early at like 11AM.
