2. The Pier and State Street are a very nice casual walk from the motel and the beach is just across the street.

3. As a single woman, I don't think crossing that street at midnight is a good option and walking in front of the other hotels is more of a walk than I'm up for at that time of night.

So, as for the pluses: pretty much across the street from the beach so great for morning jobs, parking is free and ample and you don't need to give your keys (ie, no valent take your car so no annoying waiting), you can walk to get coffee and bagels at the strip mall 10min walk away if you don't feel like getting in the car, and free WIFI.

5. We recommend driving to State Street for chocolate chip pancakes at Sambo`s, and take the kids to the Chase Palms playground in between.

6. However we heard the trains and street traffic all night, so if you really want to get a good night`s sleep, I`d stay somewhere not near the train tracks or a hotel with soundproof windows.
