1. Yes this is an older property, but if clean, nice, and modern mean anything to you this is a nice place at less then half the price of most places in this town.

5. My price ($101 per night) was much more reasonable than I expected to find in Santa Barbara and I know even lower prices were offered to people who arrived on the spur of the moment in the evening hours.

7. To me this was a perfect motel (of course also a bit pricier than motels usually are - but I felt that the price versus quality was still very good) and I will definitely stay longer next time I am in Santa Barbara.
