7. The pool incident aside, we enjoyed a pleasant morning buffet of items like cinnamon buns, toast, bagels, english muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. The staff working in the breakfast area were very friendly and kept the tables and food area exceptionally clean.

From the moment of arrival, we were treated fabulously, addressed by name, noted our loyalty status, asked where we wanted to stay (floor level, close to the indoor pool), arranged for complimentary transportation to the airport, access to business center and computer, all within the first few minutes.
