The Pros for me were - newer property (always scores big points with me!), clean, well maintained, nicely furnished and with a walk out balcony, friendly staff, adequate complimentary breakfast, plenty of parking (free), complimentary drinks and food in the evening, nicely equipped fitness room, close to upscale shopping and restaurants (across the street), beautiful views, with a Flemings Steakhouse next door.
