After a night without any of us having privacy, I returned to the front desk where a different clerk informed me that yes, they had effectively been having trouble with that room ( apparently the hotel had been rennovated using non-standard materials which, when broken, couldn't be replaced) ,so I asked him to book another standard room for myself .

6. Only one caveat: I like to take baths, and the bathtub was really pretty and inviting, but it didn`t hold water (I guess the stopper was broken).
