1. the horibble front desk who tried to tell us only smoking rooms are available- until we threatened to leave- then one non-smoking magically opened upthe room was HORRIBLE- borken tiles in the shower, coffee maker in the bathroom (appetizing) terrible bed and stained carpet, scratched armoir- veiw of the trash dumpster in the courtyard- would have complained but we were exhausted from drving up from Savannah GA so we just gave up.
