1. I do not like sleeping with ear plugs in because If there is an emergency, I want to be able to wake up easy and respond, however, I had to use my earplugs BOTH nights just to block out the noise.

4. The problem is that if they are going to have a large number of teens/kids on one floor, why not put your guests who are NOT part of that group, on a completely different floor so they can be away from the noise and commotion.

5. I had to call the front desk to complain quite a few times about the noise before I just requested to have my room moved, at 11:30 at night, after I've had my shower, relaxing in my PJs.

6. The freeway is only a block away making it very convenient to get around the northwest part of the city in just a few minutes (though the freeway is very, very close, the freeway noise is not heard from within the room).

9. One of the elevators kept making a weird buzzing noise - by day 2 we decided to avoid that particular elevator.
