1. We spoke to the manager about the problem and he claimed that it was an issue on our computers (we had three computers with us, none of which were able to connect to the internet for the duration of the stay).

2. Is having lots of bad pillows better than having too few? All I can say is that I learned long ago that if you want to avoid pillow issues, bring your own.

3. Only one issue, oven in the kitchen was not an oven, was a toaster oven.

4. He came back up with the new keys and showed me where the new room would be and made sure to let me know that if there were any more issues just to let the hotel know.
