1. We had to order room service from the phone by the desk, which isn't a big deal, but again one of those little things that a 4/5 star hotel wouldn't miss.

4. None of these items are a big deal, but this is a hotel that claims to be special and unique and as far as I can tell, the customer service is NOT either of these things.
