1. Service at the hotel was very good, especially the porters and doormen; however, breakfast service in the restaurant was quite slow, particularly for a business hotel.

4. Checking in was kind of slow though (only one person at around 11:30pm with a line of four other guests), but we got a free breakfast voucher for the delay and that was nice as the breakfat was superb.
