2. The documentation sent by the hotel did not specify that we should check-in at the Grand Waikikian either - this wasn't a huge drama but I thought I would mention it to stop others from wasting 20 minutes standing in line at the wrong check-in desk.

5. Since he was doing nothing and waiting for 8:00 am, what's wrong with handing out a towel to your guests 10 minutes earlier and make them happy? We stayed at Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel (3 star) for one night before our cruise and the staffs were much more friendlier and helpful.
