2. We had a hard time finding services - there was no front desk or concierge in this hotel, so we had to go over to the next building, there was no book in room that had hotel services, and then the # for front desk was wrong.

10. I would not pay for the Ocean View room as the view is not worth the extra money, you have to wait longer for the elevator, and the windows only open a crack and are hard to see through due to salt air deposits.
