2. i called for two separate wake up calls and neither of them came thru, stains all over the floors, dirty socks and shirts were left in the drawers, appears that someone had cut their hair in the room because there were two large clumps of hair in the doorway to the bathroom, the wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom AND there was black mold spots all over the ceiling above the shower.
