1. I have been in other resorts in Kauai and never had a problem with the roosters before.

2. In our unit ( 28 A & 28 E ) we did not experience any maintenance problems other than the shower door in the master bath flying open on occasion.

3. The maintainance man said he wasn't sure what they would be doing about the problem - I told him they could not move us without also moving my son & family.

4. After he extracted the water that he could, I told one of my guests had a real problem with chemicals, so he said he would not clean the carpet, set up a large fan to help dry, and left.

5. I was mostly concerned about insect issues, but that was never a problem.

10. We were there when there was quite a lot of rain and the lack of air con in the unit was a real problem as everything was hot and damp in the humidity and at night it did get cold - and there was no heating.
