2. but I did not come across anyone rude only the amercian lady hostess in the Italian god she really had no idea of customer service - really would switch her from the customer facing role so rude christams eve too .

3. reccommend to swim at night however, because some rude people go straight from the beach to the pool and sometimes during the day there is sand at the bottom of the pool, but they clean it out at night and I never had to encounter sand swimming at night (or anyone else in the pool for that matter.
