3. 2) They advertised a heated pool but it was not at all heated 3) The jacuzzi was out-of-service with no estimatation of when it would be fixed 4) The front desk people were like zombies with no emotion or interest in my problems 5) The Exercise Room was more of a workout machine graveyard.

5. only problem had to change room after one night lower grade room was not as nice as better grade room.
