1. we were part of my daughters wedding party and a total of 8 condos were reserved as part of the total party and some were complaining about the rooms, i was very disappointed with the pool and lack of supervision of other parties and their kids and the lack of the "pool patrol" enacting posted rules to the guests and their children.

4. Got two twins instead of the queen I asked for originally, so when I complained, they pushed the twins together to make a single bed and provided complimentary internet access for my entire stay.
