1. When i went down to the office to tell the girl, the first thing out of her mouth was not an apology but an accusation that I left my do not disturb sign on my door all day, which I had not.

5. As I mentioned, the office was a very short walk to my room (134 maybe-- right by the parking lot)-- they could have just walked out and told him he was disturbing a guest and to move on.
