They did not know where we could find a laundromat, gave us wrong directions to Wal Mart (which took two hours to find,) and when we called at 10:00 at night to see if they had a cabinet with some emergency items like Tums or Pepto Bismol for an upset stomach, I was told we would have to wait till the gift shop opened in the morning.
