1. Management claims that each and every time a complaint is made by a guest about another guest, the matter is addressed with the offending party, hopefully resolving the matter.

4. No complaints at all other than having to smell cigarettes in the hallway from clueless/scumbag smokers (You couldn't smell smoke in our room though).
