3. The hotel is relatively clean, our room could have been cleaned better, the maid does come in everyday and provide clean towels which is excellent but a pile of dirt was on the floor for entire 2 weeks so cleaning leaves lots to be desired.

4. we stayed from 9th nov -16th,rooms were cleaned every day but found cobwebs and dirt behind safe and shower water was leaking into the main room soaking the carpet, which made it smell horrible.

5. As far as the overall maintenance of the hotel, seems like the hallways are never swept or cleaned, a lot of dirt and cigarrete butts.

We have just come back from staying at the best western and it was really great no probs at all we stayed in room 136 block 4 ground floor staff are lovely helpful rooms were clean and quiet no sign of mould dirt as mentioned in previous reviews beds ok air con is noisy but we turned it off at night towels changed everyday bedding twice weekly the hotel its self is clean and the restuarant is very well decorated lovely walls staff friendly and helpfull the pool is brill very clean plenty of towels for the pool loads of eating places with in walking distance crabby bills is well worth going to as is outbacks and sizzlers dont go to dennys or shoneys they are rubbish the hotel is ok to eat in as well just not a lot of choice would deff stay here again so please dont take any notice of the negative reviews an feel free to e-mail me if you are worried about anything The lake is lovely as is the play area for kids so i cant really find fault with anything makes you wonder some times what other people want but it suited us great and yes we had to pay a local resort fee $3 50 per day if you go with virgin you dont get charged so i have been told hope you all enjoy it as much as we did go back as i said anytime thank you best western for a brill time.

8. Housekeeping did a fairly good job throughout our stay, but they do overlook the fan vent in the bathroom that is piled with dirt.
