1. In fact, I sent my mother to Disney on her 71st birthday back in March and booked her in a Downtown Disney (non-Disney owned hotel) and they made a big deal about her birthday.

4. The room was missing a couple of ammenities and the decor is tired (which was not a big deal to me), most disturbing was that the bathtub was dirty with footprints, hair and visible dirt.

7. What was wierd, but not too much of a big deal was that the television turns off automatically if you are watching it for about a 1/2 hour.

8. I can put up with that sort of thing for a couple of days and didn`t find it offensive enough to make a big deal out of it but I thought I would share my experience with you since I certainly don`t expect to come home with wet clothes from a $340 per night room.
