They seem to have a severe
problem
with regulating the temperature of the outdoor hot tub, which ranged from 98F to 112F depending on the day, according to their thermometer which was located in a conspicuous area and easily read.

we had was a very slow internet connection (which was fixed the last day we we leaving), and housekeeping failed to provide a full service cleaning while we visited.

in a cabana so we could have a hammock cabana but honestly the place seemed so uncrowded (despite a parking lot full of cars ???) that I don't think it would've been a
problem
to get a cabana at peak times.
