1. The only downside is the parking fee which I feel should be lowered or free, considering you are away from downtown San Francisco.

Perfectly situated near airport overlooking so bay, frequent shuttle, quiet rooms with hotel far enough away from rte 101 not to be heard, walkway along bay across road, wonderful cookies on check-in only downside is $15 charge for parking; however lots of street parking a couple of blocks away (near embassy suites).
