5. Not all the staff was bad though, the woman serving breakfast Saturday morning was very kind to me, and the shuttle drivers were very nice as well.

6. Which wouldn't be too bad, but holding a scalding hot plastic container for 3 minutes is NOT fun, and then by the time you get to the room, your food is cold.
