1. Needs painting new plumbing fixtures,front door could see broken into by using pry bars ,furniture badly worn along with carpet pool worn nothing at all good about.

3. I thought the hotel was in a bad part of town but after driving around Austin (the downtown area and also around this hotel) its seems the whole area has gone down the tubes since I lived North of Austin and spent a lot of time there from 2005-2007.
