Yes, the floor to ceiling sliding glass door is hard to get open and closed but it's a minor
inconveni
ence.

There's a small daily charge to use the room safe, as if that's some sort of major luxury :-) There is wi-fi, but only in the lobby, which was quite
inconvenient
- the lobby was always packed with guests and their laptops.

ence or offered us help with carrying our luggage from room to room.

The elevator servicing our wing of the hotel was also broken our entire stay so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs which was a big
inconveni
ence as well.

ence to us, but it would have been for others staying on the top floor.
