1. Yes, the floor to ceiling sliding glass door is hard to get open and closed but it's a minor inconvenience.

2. There's a small daily charge to use the room safe, as if that's some sort of major luxury :-) There is wi-fi, but only in the lobby, which was quite inconvenient - the lobby was always packed with guests and their laptops.

4. The elevator servicing our wing of the hotel was also broken our entire stay so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs which was a big inconvenience as well.
