2. Our reservation included a 1 bdrm garden view w/ a full kitchen; instead we recieved an extremely outdated, dirty 2 bdrm, view of the parking lot and a nasty kitchen.

3. Some of the hallway carpets were dirty but our room was always clean and bathrooms& kitchen were spotless.
