1. ) Isn't their job to pick up the towels off of my lounge chair? They won't even set up my lounge chair with the towels? I find this towel craziness to not only be absurd, but to be quite frustrating while on 'vacation.

3. The only thing that was frustrating was that one of the two elevators leading to our room was out of order--meaning the one working elevator was crowded or we had to wait a long time for elevator service.
