5. Privacy: a problem in room 12 as people must pass in front of your sliding glass doors on your non-private Lanai (another loosely used term it is really just a common walkway with a table and chairs for that junior suite room) .

6. Also, while the location does not have a problem with aircraft noise, there is major traffic noise at all hours, including police cars screaming with full sirens all night long.

7. The only problem that I saw was that this part of the island can get exceptionally windy, so if that bothers you, you need to escape to another part of the island between 2-5pm.
